Save public videos you have permission to download
Insta Download is an independent browser utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or their owners. Use it only for content you created, content you have permission to save, or content that the rights holder has made available for download.
For a public post you created or have permission to save, copy its link, paste it into the Instagram tab, and review the available result. Some posts contain multiple media items; results depend on what the source and the third-party retrieval service make available. Private, deleted, or restricted posts are not supported. If you need a copy of your own account's media, consider Instagram's official download-your-information feature first.
The Facebook tab tries to find available video links for public posts. If a source provides both HD and standard versions, you can choose between them; quality is not guaranteed. A public URL is not proof of permission to copy a video. For your own uploads, Facebook's built-in save or data export options may be more reliable.
Only save stories and other media when you own the content or have the creator's permission. Public visibility does not automatically grant permission to copy, republish, or commercially use a work.
The interface adapts to phones and computers, but the Paste button depends on browser clipboard permissions. If it does not work, paste manually. Download behaviour varies by browser, source URL, and platform availability. We do not provide a queue or cross-device transfer.
Your safety matters. Insta Download never asks for Instagram or Facebook credentials. Do not use the service to bypass privacy settings, download private material, infringe copyright, remove attribution, or redistribute someone else's work. Platform availability and download permissions can change at any time.
There is no charge or signup to use this page. Third-party services may impose technical limits or become unavailable.
You can try public links from either platform when you are authorised to save the content. Not every URL or media format is supported.
No. Insta Download runs entirely in your browser, so there is nothing to install on your phone, tablet, or computer.
We do not intentionally store submitted links or downloaded media. Your browser, hosting provider, analytics provider, or third-party content delivery services may still process technical data according to their own policies. See the Privacy section below.
We respect copyright and creator rights. This site is a tool, not a library of videos, and we do not claim ownership of material returned from third-party platforms. If you believe a link or feature is being used to infringe your rights, email gopgop9339@gmail.com with the URL, a description of the work, proof of ownership or authorisation, and your contact details.
We do not request social-media passwords. When you submit a link, the browser sends it to the third-party downloader library used by this site to attempt retrieval. We do not intentionally store submitted links or downloaded media, but providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, request time, and the submitted URL under their own policies. The site may use Google Analytics and Google AdSense cookies if those services are enabled. You can control cookies through your browser. Google may place and read cookies, use web beacons, and collect IP addresses or other identifiers when ads are served. Read How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.
